All I ever wanted to do was produce a phat show, and since "Lo-Lo" is tagalog for grandpa, it gives you some idea of my age -- I had prayed for years for the Lord to bring someone young to present the Word, and God in His infinite wisdom sent Rory - who I began to call "R.P.G", a Rocket Propelled Grenade in the hands of the Lord --- it was the best of times while he was at Westmont -- he became a 3rd son to me, and I remember one day he showed up at my place -- I was renting the upstairs from my parents, and he had told my younger son who was there that I was like a dad to him -- we always sat together at church whether it was thurs nites (summer) or Sundays, we always ate lunch after church, watched the Chargers together, and always went to eat at Chili's after the radio show - we also kept each other accountable, since I was also single. I cried when I heard the news -- it felt like I had truly lost a son - but I want you to know something - thru all that time he was here, he would always remind to pray for you -- so we were always lifting you up in prayer -- on the way to the show -- wherever we went - on the way to Juvee hall to witness -- that was just another way your brother demonstrated his love for you . . . "Walt, let's pray for my sister" Can't wait to see Rory again in heaven -- your in my prayers Laura, you and your family. He was the greates brother ever. Always praying, reading the Word and forever faithfully witnessing. I thought I would share this...About a year ago our family was at a hospital for our uncle who went on to be with the Lord, as we were waiting there was young lady in the emergency waiting area who had just had a baby but there was no one there with her. The hospital called her a cab so that she could get home. Unfortunately, she didn't have any clothes to keep her warm nor money for the cab. Rory had just got the freshest NOTW jacket and he didn't even think twice about the fact that we never know when entertaining angels or that fact that the least we do unto them we do unto HIM. Little Rory proceded to give the girl his new jacket and money. He then told her that Jesus loves her. The most amazing thing ever. Even in our time of need he saw a greater need to share the love of Jesus Christ with someone else. Well done thy good and FAITHFUL SERVANT.
